ORLANDO, Fla. – For the second year in a row, Madison Cline has earned College Sport Communicators All-District team honors, the organization announced on Tuesday afternoon.
Cline collects her second career honor from CSC.
The 2025 Academic All-District® Women’s At-Large teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation’s top student athletes for their combined performances in competition and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes at-large honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.
The junior was an integral part to Carson-Newman making the NCAA Tournament in 2025. She finished the season with a 76.3 scoring average in a team-high 26 rounds played. Cline posted a team-high five par or better rounds during the season and had the two lowest scores of any C-N golfer this year. She fired a career-low four-under 68 in the opening round of the City with Sprit Fall Classic and a three-under 69 just one month later in the final round of the LeeAnn Noble Memorial.
Through her first three seasons in Mossy Creek, Cline has played 62 rounds and has a career scoring average of 77.9. Each season, she has dropped her scoring average by at least 1.5 strokes.
